Bonginkosi Masango (2019) took part in an online art exhibition competition hosted by Art Aware Gallery. His artwork was selected in the top 10 of 70 submitted from 28 countries world wide to be exhibited at their gallery later this year. Art Aware Gallery hosts exhibitions in India for artworks made using recycled material. Bonginkosi submitted his matric Visual Arts final examination piece with the theme "Afro - futurism: Rise of the Black Woman"
